All Good Things Must Come To An End
The end of an era: a reflection on stories, lessons and perspective.
Starting Line
Deep breath: we’re not going anywhere, Second Nature is still going strong! But we are celebrating an incredible chapter in both of our lives that just recently concluded. We needed a full episode to share the story, and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.
2025 has been an incredible year. We’re grateful that you’re part of the Second Nature community - thank you for being here. (And thank you for giving us a rating and review on your podcast platform of choice!)
We saved the best for last. 2025 ends with the ultimate Bro Pod, a deep conversation that brings about so many of the lessons we’ve learned over the past decade together.
All Good Things Must Come To An End
It's the end of an era, and what a chapter it was. Red Bull, the brand that brought Dylan and Aaron together, has graduated Dylan from their official athlete roster. It felt like the perfect time to put the partnership in perspective, with takeaways, stories and lessons from nearly a decade-long partnership. This is the lifecycle of a brand relationship that brings the best out of everyone involved - but, all good things must come to an end.
Slack Channel Exclusive
On this week’s podcast, Aaron agreed to share the internal pitch deck that he used for Dylan’s sponsorship. If you’re in the Slack channel already, take a look. If you’re not already in there, click this link and we’ll get you all set up (it’s free):
Article Of The Week
Emily Holland hosted a workshop around goal setting, and has shared all of the wisdom (and structure) in this post. It’s incredible, and it’s definitely got us thinking about our approach to 2026 in some new ways. This is a perfect thing to reflect on as we wind down the year and prepare for the next!
