Inside The Nike CEO Swap
We get real about how hard these businesses can be to operate. We're not alone, either. Plenty of case studies to share this week.
Starting Line
This week we have a pair of Galaxy Brain discussions on some fresh ideas that we think would be interesting to explore in the outdoor space. We also get real about our struggles as business owners and do some soul-searching to figure out what it is that we’re really selling. Today’s newest podcast explores the news about Nike’s incoming CEO and most importantly - what that could mean for the Challenger Brands.
Business Is Hard.
Dylan and Aaron dig in to the real issues that they face as business owners and content creators, and the tactics that they might pursue to push past their current boundaries. They also riff on a "Galaxy Brain" idea that is sure to bring out some strong opinions and ideas of how best to support deserving athletes in the outdoor space.
Inside the Nike CEO Swap
Nike has a new incoming CEO and we've got our resident Nike expert, Steve Holmberg, joining us for the podcast to talk about what this means for Nike - and maybe more importantly - what that could mean for the Challenger Brands that have taken advantage of the opportunity that Nike's misstep has created. As a 17-year veteran of Nike, Steve had some interesting thoughts on how this incoming CEO news was received, and what Elliott Hill must do in the next year to get Nike back on track.

Aaron's Cross-Country Roadtrip: It’s finally done! Aaron did some podcasts from the road earlier this summer mid-roadtrip, and now all the editing has wrapped up. A true father-son journey cross country with more than a few highs and lows. Check it out!
